ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS - Due to the ongoing EHV-1 outbreak, the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center is mandating that ALL exhibitors bringing horses to the SFRHA show complete the following health declaration form. PLEASE REVIEW AND COMPLETE THIS FORM IN ADVANCE OF THE SHOW. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Vendors interested in setting up a booth at an SFRHA show must pre-register HERE and pre-pay the vendor fee. Vendors without a pre-paid vendor fee will not be allowed onto the show grounds.
